The Program is operated by Total Car Care Guaranteed For Life, Inc., an Arizona corporation (“TCCGFL”), which entitles the member to certain services. It is not insurance and is only backed by TCCGFL.

It may not be used at any location other than an approved service provider facility.

The vehicle owner is required to take a proactive approach with the maintenance and repair of the vehicle. Make and keep appointments for the routine maintenance, inspections, and/or adhere to the maintenance provisions set forth every 12 months / 12,000 miles within the specific enrolled part.

In the event of a failed non-enrolled part that will potentially have an negative affect and/or premature life expectancy of a Program part, it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to have the non-enrolled failed part replaced and/or service exclusively at an approved Total Car Care ✓ Guaranteed For Life participating location.

Failure to purchase the non-enrolled part and/or service exclusively at an approved Total Car Care ✓ Guaranteed For Life participating location will result in the termination of the enrolled Program part.

The Program coverage does not cover exotic or modified vehicles, non-original, used or rebuilt, or altered part; not to include the vehicle manufacturer, commercial vehicles over ¾ ton, all-terrain vehicles or tow trailers.

Program does not cover fire damage, vandalism, racing, overloading, cosmetic damage, slide or skid damage, weather cracking, premature wear caused by improper care, destruction or failure caused by an accident, or willful abuse.

The Program applies to the original purchaser of the part enrolled in the program and the vehicle listed on the approved Total Car Care ✓ Guaranteed For Life participating location invoice.

In order to honor the Program, a copy of your original invoice and the part covered by the Program must be presented to the approved Total Car Care ✓ Guaranteed For Life participating location when the part needs repair or replacement. An approved Total Car Care ✓ Guaranteed For Life participating location representative will determine whether the covered part will be repaired or replaced.

If in our opinion a Program part can be safely repaired or serviced, than the approved Total Car Care ✓ Guaranteed For Life participating location will do so at owners expense; or if the Program part is covered by a road hazard or extended warranty plan, then the replacement or repair will be determined solely by an approved Total Car Care ✓ Guaranteed For Life participating location Representative.

Upon the sale of the vehicle, any part covered by the Program will be honored by an approved Total Car Care ✓ Guaranteed For Life participating location for a nominal transfer fee.

The new vehicle owner shall assume the same responsibilities for maintenance, inspections and/or adhere to the maintenance provisions set forth every 12 months / 12,000 miles within the specific program.

Failure to do so will result in the termination of the Program.

The Program will terminate if the vehicle owner fails to adhere to the maintenance, inspections and/or adhere to the provisions set forth every 12 months / 12,000 miles within the specific requirements of the Program (termination 30 days after a scheduled follow-up service).

Use of any other person and/or automotive facility, including those located outside of the City of Tucson, AZ; to repair a part or a system covered under the Program (immediate termination).

If the Program is immediately terminated due to use of another person or automotive facility for repairs; the original selling dealer will offer a 12-month/12,000 mile warranty for the part from the original purchase date.

Any part covered by the Program can be reinstated no later than 60 days after the next required follow-up service. A nominal reinstatement fee would be required for reinstatement.

Only after the fee is paid and the follow-up service is performed will the Program benefits be honored by an approved Total Car Care ✓ Guaranteed For Life participating location.

This Agreement represents the entire agreement of the parties with respect to its subject matter, and all agreements, oral or written, entered into prior to this Agreement are revoked and superseded by this Agreement.

No representations, warranties, inducements or oral agreements have been made by any of the parties except as expressly set forth herein or in other contemporaneous written agreements.

This Agreement may not be changed, modified or rescinded, except in a writing, signed by all parties hereto, and any attempt at oral modification of the Agreement shall be void and of no effect.
